Goldenseal is estimator software for anyone that needs to prepare fast, accurate cost estimates. It uses unit costs, assemblies and "smart dimensions" to prepare bids quickly. Goldenseal is an invaluable tool for any project estimator.

We provide Starter Files which include dimensions and unit costs for many types of construction work. You can also fill Goldenseal with your own cost items and assemblies that you get from your own experience, from a "rule of thumb" or from an estimating book.

Goldenseal includes many estimating features:
