Goldenseal is contract writing software which creates spec sheets, contracts and subcontracts. Just click a button, and it will automatically build a contract document.

Goldenseal "builds" a contract from the following items:

1. The header, body and footer text that you type into a Contract record. This is any text that applies only to the current contract.
2. Contract clauses in a Contract Package. There are "boilerplate" legal clauses that can apply to any contracts. You can paste any text into Contract Clauses records, and then determine which clauses apply to the current contract by marking them off in a Contract Package.
3. Specifications from a project, estimate, change order, or other record that has a detailed breakdown. Goldenseal writes a sentence or two for each line item, using text that is stored in each Cost Item and Assembly record.

Goldenseal's contract writing uses "smart" text processing to enter quantities and costs in each contract or spec sheet. It even handles singular and plural nouns.

Goldenseal is integrated software which also handles cost estimates, subcontractor bid tracking, project management and job cost accounting.
