Goldenseal includes construction
spec writing, plus accounting, construction
estimating, and project
management, To view contract clauses in Goldenseal, choose Contract
Setup from the Options menu, and choose Contract
Clauses from the submenu.
Viewing Clauses
To see how complete clauses will appear
in the contract, follow these steps:
1. Open the Clauses file.
2. Click anywhere in the row that you'd like to check.
3. Click on the Item Name column heading, or choose Show this Clause from the Specs menu.
4. The clause will be displayed as it will appear in the contract, using all the options that you
set in the Clauses file in the MacNail construction management software.
5. To view the next clause in the list, click the Next button. To view the previous clause in the
Clauses file, click the Previous button. To use a different phrase type, click the Phrase button.
To change the flags
that are used, click the Flags button.
6. When you are finished viewing clauses, click Done. |
