Construction Clause Subcontractors

NOTE-- In 2000 we retired MacNail Spec Writer and the rest of the MacNail construction software package. Goldenseal replaced them-- it's a complete software package for Macintosh and Windows that handles contract writing, plus accounting, construction estimating, and project management, There is also the capacity to use subcontractor names in Goldenseal's contract-writing.

Subcontractors

To put a particular subcontractor or trade into the 'who' column of the Clauses file, follow these steps:

1. Select any cells in the row or rows you'd like to change.
2. Click on the Who column title, or choose Subcontractors from the Options menu.
3. Click on the subcontractor you'd like to use, then click Apply.
4. The MacNail construction management software will include this clause in subcontracts for the given type of subcontractor.
