Improved Rental Units

What info can I enter for rental units?

Goldenseal rental management software version 2.5 includes more info for each Rental Unit.

You can now include the following details for each unit:

• Rental Type (apartment, house, studio, etc)
• Unit contents (bath, deck, internet, kitchen, laundry, parking, etc)
• Size
• Number of Bedrooms
• Picture (paste in a graphic created in a graphic program)

HINT-- If you'd like to add more details for each unit, you can add custom fields to store more info. You can also rename any of the unit contents if there are different items that you'd like to use.
