Creating New Clause Extras

To add a new Clause Extra to the MacNail construction management software, follow these steps:
1. Choose Clause Extras from the Options menu.
2. Click the New button.
3. Type in the new code name and/or text (see step 3 on previous page).
4. Turn on Write as a complete sentence if you'd like the text to be added as a separate sentence after the rest of the clause. Turn that option off if you'd like the text to be included in the same sentence as the rest of the clause.
5. Click OK.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for any other items you want to add.
7. Click Done when you are finished with the list.
