Project Scheduling Formula Changes

NOTE-- We retired our MacNail construction software package in 2000, and replaced it with Goldenseal project management software. Goldenseal is designed for builders, remodelers and other small businesses, providing accounting, construction estimating, and project scheduling features. You can also add project delays to Goldenseal, by adding a Delay line item in an Estimate.

Project Delays-- As a Formula Change

You can also edit an item's time formula to add a delay in the MacNail construction scheduling software. For example, to add a three-day delay for concrete curing:

1. Click on the column B cell for the row just below the concrete pour.
2. Notice the formula in the formula bar (just below the menu bar).
3. Click just after the formula in the formula bar, then type +3 to add three days.
4. Type the Enter key, or click on the check mark that is just to the left of the formula.
