Project Accounts Report

Use the Project Accounts report to see a list of all your project accounts.

When you click the Update button, it will show you a simple list of projects, with some financial info about each.

HINT-- to see a job cost summary for each project, choose Projects from the Reports menu, and choose Project Job Costs from the submenu. You can also see very detailed job cost breakdowns for each project.

To group your projects by customer, job type, sales rep or some other data, follow these steps:

  1. Click the More Details checkbox.
  2. Click in the Breakdown popup field, and enter Customer, Job Type, Payment Terms, Project Billing Type, Sales Rep, Sales Tax Rate or Status.
  3. Click the Update button to fill in the accounts in the new format.

To change the data that shows in the table, use the Custom Layouts command.
