Multiple Checkbooks |
How do I use multiple checkbooks? If you use more than one checkbook to draw on a Checking, Escrow or Loan account, create just one account and enter each checkbook into the Checkbook section. When you write checks, you can decide which checkbook to use. The Goldenseal accounting software program will fill in the next available check number from that checkbook. NOTE: If you have multiple checkbooks that each have their own statement balance, then create a Checking account for each of them. Click here to return to Accounting Software topics.
