Quattro Pro and Other Spreadsheets

Problem

Does MacNail construction software program run on Lotus 1-2-3, Quattro pro, MS Works, other spreadsheet programs???

Diagnosis

No, it requires Excel.

Solution

Excel has a powerful macro language, much better than any other spreadsheet for Macintosh, so we can't really 'port' it. In nearly all reviews, Excel comes out on top.

NOTE-- This questions dates back to early days of Excel and Turtlesoft. Now Microsoft has the monopoly and the Quattro and Lotus 1-2-3 programs are just a history footnote.
