Clearing Bedrooms and Kitchen

Problem

Clear Card does not properly clear out bedrooms and kitchens. So they get extra unexpected rooms.

Diagnosis

bug in templates of BidMagic Construction Estimating Software with rev. date < 5/1/94.

Solution

Send latest to fix.

NOTE-- We retired BidMagic estimating software back in 2002, and replaced with Goldenseal-- which is integrated estimating software and project management software (plus optional accounting software).
