NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

The BidMagic construction estimating software includes unit costs for tiles, floor tiles, mirrors and other interior tile and glasswork.

Tile & Glass Estimating

The Tile & Glass category covers ceramic and quarry tiles, slate, glass, mirrors, and other similar items. To get to the Tile & Glass card, click on the Cabinetry, Tile & Glass button in the Specs Directory, then choose Tile & Glass from the pop-up menu.

Tile & Glass Cost Subcategories

Goldenseal tile estimating software divides the Tile & Glass cost category into several subcategories:

Wall Tiles includes ceramic wall tiles, usually applied in bathrooms and kitchens.

Floor Tiles covers ceramic floor tiles, quarry tile, slate, and similar materials usually applied to floors.

Glass & Mirrors covers any mirrors or glass not already covered on the Windows and Doors cards.

Other Tile & Glass gives you a place to put any other tile or glass work not already covered by one of the other subcategories on this card.
