Finish Plumbing Estimating

The Plumbing Finish cost category covers fixtures and other plumbing items usually installed after drywall. To get to this card, click on Finish Utilities in the Specs Directory, then choose Plumbing Finish from the pop-up menu.

NOTE: BidMagic comes with 'ballpark' unit prices in this category, designed for rough estimating only. If you do your own plumbing work, you'll probably want to add more detailed choices to this category.

Finish Plumbing Subcategories

BidMagic plumbing estimating software splits the Finish Plumbing category into several subcategories:

Plumbing Fixtures covers installation and hookup of toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and other fixtures. The stock unit prices are based on 'average' quality fixtures, and include hookup lines and shutoff valves.

Hot Water Heater covers electric, oil or gas hot water heaters, including temperature/pressure relief valves and hookup lines.

Boilers & Heat includes boilers, hot water heat lines and radiators.

Whirlpool & Special Plumbing covers whirlpool baths, spas and saunas.

Other Plumbing gives you a place for miscellaneous plumbing items and plumbing repairs.
