BidMagic 1.5-- New Menu Commands

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

New Menu Commands

BidMagic 1.5 has changed or added several menu commands.

File Menu— Print Card

When you choose this command, you will now be asked what you’d like to print.

Choose This Card to print just the current card. Choose All Dimensions to print all dimensions cards. Choose All Specifications to print all specifications cards. Choose All Cards to print all cards in the bid.

File Menu—Print Card Help

New to version 1.5 of the BidMagic construction estimating software. This command will print the help information for the current card, for all dimensions cards, for all specifications cards, or for all cards in the bid.

File Menu—Print Material Takeoff

New to version 1.5 of the BidMagic construction estimating software. If you have the Material Takeoff Module, this command will print a material takeoff for the current bid. If you don’t have the Material Takeoff Module, it will be grayed out.
