Estimating Exterior Dimensions

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

The BidMagic construction estimating software includes a place for measurements of decks, porches, garages and other exterior dimensions.

Exterior Dimensions

To enter exterior dimensions, choose Dimensions from the Navigate menu, then click the Exteriors button in the Dimensions directory.

HINT: You can also click on the Compass button and choose Dimensions, then choose Exteriors from the submenu.

This card stores specific information about supplementary structures (garages, decks, porches and sheds), landscaped areas, a few exterior quantities, and several vertical measurements.
