Construction Clauses

NOTE-- We retired MacNail back in 2000. and replaced it with Goldenseal-- a complete software package for Macintosh and Windows that handles construction spec writing, plus accounting, construction estimating, and project management, A Goldenseal contract is usually assembled from three groups of text-- clauses for the "boilerplate", specs from an Estimate, and any additional text from the Contract record itself.

Working with Construction Contract Clauses

Each Clauses file contains a list of individual contract clauses, each matching a line in the Specifications portion of an Estimate.

Parts of a Clause

The Clauses file uses nine different columns to store information about each clause used in the MacNail construction management software.

HINT: Each of the column titles performs a different command when you click on it.
