Using Construction Project Specifications

If you are an architect, designer or design-builder, use Spec Writer:

* to set up a contract with the client for your services, as specified by the MacNail project management software.
* to create a spec sheet to attach to blueprints, as part of the competitive bidding process.
* to create a general contract between the builder and the owner.
* to create subcontracts, if you are acting as general contractor yourself.
