Scheduling Options

NOTE-- We retired MacNail back in 2000 or 2001, right after we introduced Goldenseal construction business software. Like MacNail, Goldenseal is built for home builders, remodelers and other project-based businesses. It's is "run your whole business" software that creates simple construction schedules, and also handles your accounting, construction estimating, and project management needs. There are also many options settings in the Goldenseal computer software program.

Options Menu

The MacNail project management software adds five additional commands to the Options menu.

NOTE: Some Option menu commands may not be visible on a small screen. Drag the mouse down to the bottom of the menu to see the remaining commands.

*MacNail Options

Choose *MacNail Options to reset some of the basic operations in the MacNail construction scheduling software. You will set options by clicking on the check boxes next to each item in the dialog box.

Hide Screen Updating

Put a check next to this item to hide screen changes-- it will make all operations go much faster. Turn it off to see what the MacNail construction scheduling software is doing.

Beep When Finished

Put a check next to this item if you would like MacNail to beep three times when it finishes lengthy operations.

Always Auto-Calculate

Put a check next to this item if you would always like to return to Automatic Calculation, after you finish each menu command. Keep it unchecked to return to the Calculation state you were in before using the command.
