NOTE-- We retired MacNail back in 2000 or 2001, right after we introduced Goldenseal construction business software. Like MacNail, Goldenseal is built for home builders, remodelers and other project-based businesses. It's is "run your whole business" software that creates simple construction schedules, and also handles your accounting, construction estimating, and project management needs. Goldenseal does not require Excel, and it is much simpler to set up than MacNail. Fix Menus Choose *Fix Menus to redraw the MacNail project management software menus on the menu bar. A bug in Excel will sometimes erroneously "grey out" some commands. This command will restore them to working order. Running time: 7 seconds/30 seconds. *Fix Database Choose *Fix Database to repair the database that is built into many worksheets in the MacNail construction scheduling software. Use this command if you receive a "Sorry, this worksheet is damaged" error message when using the *Extract Special or *Punch Lists commands. Fix Database will repair most kinds of database damage, although it will not repair all kinds of damage. HINT: If you always work with protected documents, you will not
be able to cause any damage to the database. |
