NOTE-- MacNail estimating was retired in 2000, and replaced with Goldenseal construction estimating software. There are still die-hard MacNail users, so we keep the manuals online for their use! Goldenseal is an integrated program that also includes accounting, scheduling and contract writing features. It has many features not found in MacNail, and integrates more closely with project billing, job costing and scheduling. MacNail Estimating Menu The MACNAIL menu is added to the Excel menu bar by the Estimating Manager. All the MACNAIL menu commands are used for navigation in the MacNail construction estimating software. Fixed Costs, Dimensions, Specifications, Clearinghouse, Summation Choose any of these menu items to jump to that
part of a MacNail estimate. The command will: In a four-window display, the window that applies to that section will be brought
to the front (menu bar darkened). You can use the 'zoom' box at the right side of the title bar to expand
it to full screen size, if desired. |
