Problem Reports

Use the Problem Log report to see a list of problems. It is a "punch list" or "bug list" that will help you keep track of the project completion process.

When you click the Update button, you'll see a simple list of problems within the entered date range.

To see problems arranged in some other order, follow these steps:

  1. Click the More Details checkbox.
  2. Click in the Breakdown popup field and enter Category, Employee Acting, Problem Type or Status.
  3. Click the Update button to see the revised report.

To see problems for a specific project, click in the Match Field popup and choose Job. Enter Project Accounts into the Account Class popup, and enter a specific project into the clairvoyant field to the right of the Match Field popup.

To change the data that shows in the table, use the Custom Layouts command.
