Customer Accounts Report

Use the Job Accounts report to see a list of all your customer accounts.

When you click the Update button, it will show you a simple list of customer.

HINT-- This report shows sales, income, credit rating and sales rep. For a phone/address list, choose Contacts from the Reports menu and choose Customer List from the submenu.

If you'd like to group your customers by credit rating, sales rep or some other data, follow these steps:

  1. Click the More Details checkbox.
  2. Click in the Breakdown popup field, and enter Credit Rating, Discount, Job Type, Payment Terms, Sales Rep, Sales Tax or Status.
  3. Click the Update button to fill in the accounts in the new format.

To change the data that shows in the table, use the Custom Layouts command.
