What other sales reports can I get?
Goldenseal accounting
software includes several types of reports that help you to analyze your
sales results, in addition to the Sales
History reports.
To see sales of specific products during a time period, follow these steps:
- Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Item
Sales from the submenu.
- Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such
as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
- Click the Update button.
To see sales from each customer during a time period, follow these steps:
- Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales
by Customer from the submenu.
- Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such
as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
- Click the Update button.
To see sales in each sales branch during a time period, follow these steps:
- Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales
by Branch from the submenu.
- Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common
range such as

- Click the Update button.
HINT-- You can use Sales Branches to track sales at different locations. You can also
use them to track sales for different departments or types of products within a single location. To see sales made by each of your sales
reps during a time period, follow these steps:
- Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales
by Sales Rep from the submenu.
- Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such
as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
- Click the Update button.
