What other sales reports can I get?

Goldenseal accounting software includes several types of reports that help you to analyze your sales results, in addition to the Sales History reports.

To see sales of specific products during a time period, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Item Sales from the submenu.
  2. Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
  3. Click the Update button.

To see sales from each customer during a time period, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales by Customer from the submenu.
  2. Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
  3. Click the Update button.

To see sales in each sales branch during a time period, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales by Branch from the submenu.
  2. Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
  3. Click the Update button.

HINT-- You can use Sales Branches to track sales at different locations. You can also use them to track sales for different departments or types of products within a single location.

To see sales made by each of your sales reps during a time period, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Income from the Reports menu, and choose Sales by Sales Rep from the submenu.
  2. Enter a date range into the Date Range popup field. You can use a common range such as This Month to Date, or you and choose Custom Range and type in two dates.
  3. Click the Update button.
