Register View

How can I see a register view of my checkbook?

To see a "register" view of your checking transactions, follow these steps:

Choose Banking from the Reports menu, and choose Checking Transactions from the submenu.
Click the Update button.

HINT-- Goldenseal accounting software also has similar reports for credit card transactions, cash transactions, and other types of banking transactions.

If you double-click on a transaction, you'll see the regular data entry window, where you can see more details and make any changes.

HINT-- If you'd like to see just some of your bank transactions, click on the Data Range popup field and enter a time range. You can also turn on the More Details checkbox, and use additional controls over what you see, and how it is organized.
