Bad Value in Financial Report |
Problem Gives 'bad value' message in financial reports in Goldenseal financial accounting software. Diagnosis Fields in a financial report say 'bad value', instead of showing a number. Usually this happens when the user created a new file from scratch, rather than using a Starter File. It won't have calculators to fill in values for the reports. It's also possible (but less likely) that the user deleted a calculator. In that case, it would only show Bad Value for one item in the accounting report. Solution The easiest way to fix this is to import calculators from one of the Starter Files. To import 'starter' calculators, follow these steps:
