Room Remodeling Dimensions

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

If you are bidding a Remodeling project, you will enter project dimensions on a 'room by room' basis, using Room cards.

NOTE: If you selected some other construction type, the Room cards will not be visible, and you may proceed to the next section.

Each Room card in BidMagic estimating software gives you a place to put specific information about one room in the project.

Selecting a Room Card

Click the Right Arrow button to move from the Dimensions directory card to the first Room Card.

HINT: You can also click on the Compass button and choose Dimensions, then choose Rooms from the submenu.

To go to a specific room, choose its name from the bottom of the Room menu.

HINT: You can also click on the Rooms button at the bottom of the Dimensions directory card. Hold down the mouse, and a pop-up list of room names will appear. Select a name from the list and you'll go to that room.

To browse through all of the Room cards, keep clicking the Right Arrow button.
