Estimating Menu Commands

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

Paint and Options Menus

The Paint and Options menus are available only if you have turned on Show Painting Menus on the Preferences card, and are using one of the painting tools (see pages 412-413).

The Paint menu contains menu commands that you can use when customizing graphics in BidMagic. Unless you want to drastically change the look of the BidMagic construction estimating software, you shouldn't need to use these commands.

The Options menu contains menu commands that you can use when customizing graphics in BidMagic. Unless you want to drastically change the look of the BidMagic construction estimating programs, you shouldn 't need to use these commands.

Patterns Menu

The Patterns menu sets the current pattern, for use with the Paint Brush, Paint Can and other graphics tools (see pages 412-413).

You can 'tear off' the Patterns menu just as you can the Tools menu (see page 411).

Click on any pattern to make it the current pattern. To create a new pattern, double-click in an existing pattern.
