Page Setup

Choose Page Setup to set up your printer so it will know how you'd like things to look.

The actual page setup dialog you get will vary, depending on the type of printer you are using. For instructions on the specific commands in the Page Setup dialog, refer to your printer manual.

NOTE: To change to a different printer, use the Chooser from the Apple menu.

Print Card

Choose Print Card to print the current card from BidMagic. It will be printed exactly as it appears on the screen.

Print Dimensions

Choose Print Dimensions to print a detailed listing of all BidMagic dimensions, with the current values for each.

NOTE: To get an editable list of dimensions, choose Export Dimensions from the Data menu.

Print Specifications

Choose Print Specifications to print a detailed listing of all project specifications.

HINT: Print Specifications for the client, to serve as a detailed list of exactly which work will be included in the project.

To get a list of Specification items that you can edit or reformat, choose Export Specifications from the Data menu.

Print Bottom Line -P

Choose Print Bottom Line to print a one-page cost breakdown, itemized by construction categories, and broken down into labor, material and subcontractor costs.

NOTE: To get a list of project costs that you can edit or reformat, choose Export Bottom Line from the Data menu.

Next Window -N

If more than one BidMagic file is open, choose Next Window to activate the window that is just behind the currently active one.

Quit -Q

Choose Quit to leave BidMagic completely.

Choose About BidMagic from the Apple menu to see the version number, and credits for those who created the program.
