Soft Costs To enter Soft Costs, choose Soft Costs from the Navigate menu. HINT: You can also click on the Compass button at the upper right, and choose Soft Costs from the pop-up menu. On the Soft Costs card, you can enter indirect costs not directly related to 'hard' construction costs in the BidMagic construction estimating software program.
