Adding Other Items

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software.

We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.

To include a construction item in the estimate, even if you don't see it listed in the Specifications portion of BidMagic estimating software, follow these steps:

Click on any pop-up button in the desired subcategory.
Choose Other from the bottom of the pop-up menu.
A new line item will be added. Type in a brief description of the new item, and a dollar price.
The new cost will be included in the bid.

You can enter any type of additional construction items when you are preparing a bid with the BidMagic estimating software.
