Special Estimate Adjustments

This section lists a few special conditions that you may run into while estimating or while calibrating estimators.

Most of these items will mainly be of interest to users of the MacNail construction estimating software, since you probably won't be as worried about unit prices in the Hyper Estimators.

NOTE-- We retired the MacNail and BidMagic estimating programs in 2000, and replaced them with Goldenseal construction estimating software. We keep these instructions online for our die-hard BidMagic MacNail users! Goldenseal is an integrated program that also includes accounting, scheduling and contract writing.
