We figure an unskilled worker can install about 100 feet of sill per hour, with help from a skilled carpenter doing the framing layout (66 lineal feet of sill per hour).

Material Costs

One foot of treated lumber per foot, with a 10% waste factor. Also one .22 cartridge nail every few feet.
