Leak Fixed in Drawing Code
Versions 3.1 and earlier of Goldenseal business software gradually leaked small amounts of memory, whenever drawing something on the screen.
None. The leaks will eventually cause Goldenseal to run out of memory and quit, but it can take hours or days to do so. Just restart Goldenseal when that happens.
Goldenseal small business software version 3.2 solves this problem, and draws without leaking any memory.
We wrote some new developer menu commands that track leaks that are not displayed in DebugNew, and with their help, finally caught this one.
We'll be using
them to ferret out any other program memory
leaks over the next few months, but this was probably
the biggest one.
