Changing Printing Fonts

I don't like the printed fonts in Goldenseal. How can I change them?

Goldenseal accounting software gives you two ways to change the fonts used in reports and printed forms.

Changing All Fonts

To change the "default" font that is used in all printed forms, follow these steps:

1. Choose Preferences from the Options menu, and choose Interface from the submenu.
2. Click on the Printing Font popup field, and change to a different font.
3. Click OK.

Goldenseal will use the new font the next time you print.

HINT-- You can also change the font used for data entry screens.

Changing Some Fonts

To change just some text fields to a different printing font, follow these steps:

1. Choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, and choose Printed Forms or Reports from the submenu.
2. Use the popup fields at upper left to locate the type of report you'd like to change.
3. Click on the text field you'd like to change.
4. Choose Font from the Text menu, and choose a different font.

You can also select multiple fields and change the font for all of them at once. Choose Select All from the Edit menu, drag a 'selection rectangle' to select a group of fields, or hold down the shift key and click on multiple fields.
