Incorrect Billed Amount

Problem

"billed" column in job costs is zero for project income from a Billing Record

FIXED in VERSION 1.06 of Goldenseal job costing software.

Diagnosis

A Job Account's Billing record has "Deposited" for the status and the correct amounts in the "Amount" and "Paid" columns in Job Costs.

This is because the status of the Billing Record was never changed to Billed. So, it doesn't show up in Goldenseal accounting software.

Solution

1) Delete the deposit. This is to allow the next step.
2) Change the status of the billing record to "Billed".
3) Do not forget to re-enter the Deposit.
4) check Job Costs, it should now have the "billed" column filled in.
