Percent Additions

This section of the BidMagic estimating software program allows you to make a percentage addition to Labor, Materials or Subs, to cover any other soft costs not listed specifically.

If you lock the labor or subcontractor percentages, they will use the same number as the material addition.
Costs in this section will show up in the Other Soft Costs category of the Bottom Line.

Other Soft Costs

This section of the BidMagic estimating software program allows you to add a fixed dollar amount to cover any other soft costs not listed specifically.
