Creating Estimates with BidMagic Estimating Software

Now that you know some basics about how BidMagic puts together a bid, you're ready to start your first project estimate. To create an estimate or a bid using BidMagic, follow these four basic steps:

1. Enter basic operating costs into the Basic Costs, Overhead & Profit, and Soft Costs cards.
2. Enter project measurements into the Dimensions cards.
3. Enter construction choices into the Specifications cards.
4. View the final contract price on the Bottom Line card, or use the Data menu to print it, or export it to some other program.
