Estimating Dimension Names

BidWorks Dimensions Names

The BidMagic construction estimating software uses dimension names to calculate quantities.

The following dimension names can be used in the Formula Editor when you are creating suggest formulas, labor adjustment formulas or material adjustment formulas.

To enter a dimension name, click on the Construction Dimension button mentioned in the Button column, then look for the Description in the menu. Items with a dash in their description require you to check the submenu for the actual dimension name.

NOTE-- We retired the BidMagic construction estimating software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction estimating software. We still include this BidMagic estimating software manual as a convenience for users of our older program. Many features are similar, in Goldenseal estimating.
