Accounting--Options Menu

You will often use Protect Document or Unprotect Document from the OPTIONS menu to prevent or allow data entry in cells that contain formulas. You will also frequently use Calculation to switch between Automatic and Manual calculation.

NOTE-- MacNail was replaced by Goldenseal construction accounting software in 2000. Goldenseal is an integrated program that includes general accounting, job costing, payroll and project billing, plus estimating and other features.

The MacNail construction accounting software adds five additional Accounting commands to the OPTIONS menu.

NOTE: Some OPTION menu commands may not be visible on a small screen. Drag the mouse down to the bottom of the menu to see the remaining commands.

Choose *MacNail Options to reset some of MacNail's basic operations. When you choose this command, you will see a dialog box:
