Job Cost Options |

Choose *Job Cost Options from the OPTIONS menu to tell the MacNail construction accounting software how to update job costs for each of our four cost types (Labor, Materials, Subcontractors, and Misc). A dialog box will let you set up the updating conditions. NOTE-- Goldenseal job costing software does not require this step. It automatically posts job costs to each project, from any source of expenses. Goldenseal was released in 2000, and replaces MacNail accounting. Put a check beside each of the construction
cost types that uses a Logbook for job costing. For example,
if you use the Labor Log and the Material Log but handle subcontractors and miscellaneous directly
from the Checkbook Ledger, put a check beside labor and materials, and make sure that the other two check boxes
are
turned off. |
