Sorry, database is damaged. Use 'fix database' to restore it!-or-Sorry, had trouble with this extraction!

The Criteria, Database or Extract areas have become damaged in the MacNail construction accounting software. This could be caused by inserting or deleting a cell. To repair, choose *Fix Database from the OPTIONS menu.

Are the titles the same (exactly) in the top of the database, the top of the criteria and in the extracter? If not select the database titles, copy and paste to the criteria and extraction title rows.

NOTE-- In 2000, MacNail was replaced by Goldenseal construction accounting software. Goldenseal is an integrated program that includes general accounting, job costing, payroll and project billing, plus estimating and other features.

Sorry, invalid date range. Can't use this report!

You can't make a Payroll Report from a Labor Report that has no date range. The Labor Report was made using All items instead of a date range.

Sorry, the XXX folder wasn't found. Check folder layout!

Choose *Folder Checkup from the SPECIAL menu from the MacNail manager to find the bad folders.

Sorry, this report has already been posted!

This report has already been posted once to the Ledger, or this Labor Report has already been used once to make a Payroll Report. You can continue, but you will probably cause duplicated items.

Sorry, this will not work on older versions.

A few of the MacNail menu commands will not work on accounting records of a version earlier than 3.0.
