Plumbing estimating unit cost for installation of a drain from a building to the municipal sewer connection or local septic system.

We figure a skilled worker can install about 20 feet of connection plumbing per hour.

This price only includes placement of the sewer pipe in an existing trench. It does not include any excavation or backfilling costs, nor the cost of securing deep trenches to OSHA standards or cutting into the municipal sewer line.

One foot of schedule 40 PVC pipe, plus approximately 1 connector for every 6 feet of line.
