Source of Construction Pricing

We dug up a price for this item from an out of town contractor years ago, and converted it to time and materials so the pricing would adjust to price changes. Definitely consider it as a ballpark figure and replace it with a firm subcontractor quote. This is a specialty building technique and the price probably varies widely by region, if you can even find someone who will appy it to something other than a swimming pool.

Turtle Creek Construction did a lot of work on "chestnut era" houses-- trimmed with chestnut boards because of their abundant supply during approximately 1908 to 1915. Gunnite seems to have been the vinyl siding for middle class housing during that era, at least in the neighborhoods where we usually worked. It's a decent material but prone to water infiltration and subsequent rotting at windows, corners and eves.
