Construction unit cost covering the rental of a jobsite storage trailer for one month.

Labor Costs

We figure one unskilled (clerical) hour per month for billing and other paperwork.

You might want to add additional labor for setup, cleaning and other maintenance.

Material Costs

The rental costs are from a local source. Prices will vary greatly by region and by rental period.

Suggested Quantity

We suggest the length of the project as a quantity. Adjust the duration for this item if you only need a storage trailer during early phases of construction.

Source of Construction Pricing

This unit cost is a rough estimate, based on very simple logic. Turtle Creek Construction did rent storage trailers for a couple of construction and demolition projects, but at that time we weren't computerized and didn't do much in the way of job cost tracking.
