One square foot of subflooring area.

Labor Costs

We figure about 77 square feet of subfloor installer per hour of carpenter time, with a little help from an unskilled laborer.

Material Costs

One sheet covers 32 square feet, with a 10% waste factor. The cost also includes some fasteners.

Upstairs framing area (first floor and upper floors combined).
