Problem

In Goldenseal accounting and estimating software versions 4.7 and earlier, you may run out of memory and have an unexpected quit, if you use the Delete Multiple command to delete many hundreds or thousands of records at one time.

Workaround

Use the Find and Skip commands to select only a few hundred records at a time, before you use Delete Multiple.

Solution

Starting with Goldenseal construction estimating software version 4.8, we periodically save changes during the Delete Multiple command. That means that you can delete as many records as you wish, at one time.
