Replace All-- Job and Main Account

Feature

Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.3, you can use the Replace All command to replace the Job field. When you do that, Goldenseal will also replace the Job Class.

You can also replace the Main Account field (Goldenseal will replace the Main Account Class).

How to Use

To fill the same job into a group of records, follow these steps:

1. Use the Find command to locate the records you want to change.
2. In the current record, fill the desired values into the Job Class and Job fields.
3. Choose Replace All from the Edit menu.
4. You'll see a list of fields to replace. Choose Job, then click OK.
5. Goldenseal will fill the same job class and job into all the found records.
