Missing Sums in Job Costing

Problem

2 layer cost control sheet is missing SUM formulas in top part of sheet, material and subcontractor columns.

'Summation' is not getting estimated cost changes from 'clearinghouse' level of estimates from MacNail estimating software.

Diagnosis

check formulas in material and subcontractor columns. They should be = to a cell reference from clearinghouse, unless they typed in a number directly into the summation in the estimate.
All cc sheets in MacNail construction accounting software seem to have had this bug for a long time

Solution

1. QUICK FIX FOR AN EXISTING SHEET
unprotect, copy labor column, paste onto material and sub columns
alternate: do fix #2, then make a new job cost sheet (if nothing posted yet)
2. LONG TERM FIX FOR FUTURE SHEETS
In the cost control manager 3.4 at cell G23 (G24 in Windows), change
=SET.NAME("item",0) to
=SET.NAME( "item",0)&CALCULATION(1,)

number-wise this only shows up if they changed an estimated number in the 'clearinghouse' part of an estimate.
