Starting with Goldenseal construction payroll software version 4.8, you can store the employee's full name, and also store their first and last names as separate fields. That makes it easier to fill in printed forms such as the W-2.

How to Use

These new data entry fields are right on the main Employee account window. You can type in an account name (for use within Goldenseal), a full name (to print on paychecks), and first name/last name/suffix (to print on W-2 forms and other employment forms).
