Problem

In Goldenseal small business software versions 4.6 and earlier, we have seen occasional crashes during data entry-- usually after a lot of copy and pasting into different fields.

This appears to be a subtle problem in the Undoer class in the PowerPlant library that we use. We recently found one subtle error in the code there, and hopefully it will reduce or eliminate the crashing.

Turtlesoft testing.

Workaround

None. This is an intermittent problem, and many users probably won't experience it. About all you can do is restart Goldenseal.

Solution

Starting with Goldenseal version 4.7, the deletion of undoers will proceed more safely.
